About the role

Sigma.AI is seeking fluent speakers of Luba‑Katanga/Kiluba to join its remote linguistic team. You will work on a variety of AI‑training tasks, helping to improve language models through accurate annotation and validation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform categorization, annotation, correction, and transcription of audio, video, and text content.
• Evaluate and validate sentences, words, and multimedia files for quality assurance.
• Engage in conversational interactions, voice recording, and content creation.
• Localize and adapt content to ensure cultural relevance.
• Use an online platform available 24/7 to complete tasks on a flexible schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent in Luba‑Katanga/Kiluba with perfect spelling.
• Fluent in English with excellent listening and writing skills.
• Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in data annotation or content rating is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Computer with minimum 4 GB RAM.
• Microphone and webcam.
• Operating system: Windows 10 or higher, or macOS 13 Ventura or higher.
• Stable internet connection, headphones, and a secure location.
• For audio‑collection tasks: Android mobile phone (iOS and tablets not supported).
