Management Accountant – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Management Accountant will provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑making across the organisation. You will oversee budgeting, cost management, financial planning and internal controls to drive efficient financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and develop budgets, forecasts and financial projections.
• Analyse variances between actual and budgeted performance, delivering clear commentary and recommendations.
• Produce management reports, maintain dashboards, KPIs and other internal reporting tools.
• Monitor cost structures, perform product costing, margin analysis and support pricing decisions.
• Support the development and enforcement of financial policies, internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Partner with operations, sales and other departments to provide financial insights for strategic planning and investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and financial modelling abilities.
• High integrity, proactive mindset and excellent communication skills.
