Multiple Positions – Electrician Team Lead, Production Intern, Technical Sales Rep

About the role

Aller‑Aqua Zambia Limited is hiring for several on‑site positions at its Siavonga and Chilanga facilities, including a Team Lead – Electrician, a Production Intern and a Retail Technical Sales Representative. These roles support the company’s aquaculture feed production and distribution operations.

Key responsibilities

• Team Lead – Electrician: supervise mechanical artisans, enforce 5S and electrical safety standards (LOTO, arc‑flash, PPE), conduct safety audits, mentor staff, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance and production teams.
• Production Intern: assist with production processes, quality control, and resource allocation while gaining hands‑on experience in aquaculture feed manufacturing.
• Retail Technical Sales Representative: develop deep knowledge of fish‑feed products, advise customers on product selection, and deliver training sessions on usage and nutritional benefits.

Required profile

• Team Lead – Electrician: Grade 12 (GCE), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 3‑5 years supervisory electrical maintenance experience, membership in the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
• Production Intern: Grade 12, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or related field, strong communication and self‑driven attitude.
• Retail Technical Sales Representative: strong product knowledge of fish feed, good communication skills, ability to train customers.
