Order Desk Administrator

About the role

Normet is seeking an Order Desk Administrator to manage the full sales order lifecycle for its mining, tunnelling and construction solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and track customer orders in the sales system.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and supply‑chain teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Provide quotations, product information and order updates to customers, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare sales documentation such as quotations, contracts and purchase orders while maintaining compliance.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and analyse data for management insights.
• Liaise between sales, finance, operations and logistics to resolve payment issues and support administrative needs.
• Monitor stock levels, communicate shortages and coordinate product deliveries.
• Assist with invoicing, credit notes, pricing verification and support debt‑collection activities.
