Product Manager – Vendor Partnerships

About the role

Hiperdist is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead vendor relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. You will act as the single point of contact for key technology partners and ensure the delivery of commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth that outpaces the market and achieve gross‑margin and profitability targets.
• Own annual business planning, budgeting, and quarterly financial reviews.
• Serve as the primary liaison with assigned vendors, honour commitments, and manage partner calendars.
• Lead sales forecasting, inventory management, and resource planning to ensure predictable cash flow.
• Build, manage and develop a high‑performing team, provide market feedback, and champion company policies.
• Drive marketing initiatives that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at a partner or distributor of relevant vendor goods and services.
• Relevant vendor certifications obtained within the last three years.
• Proven track record in team building, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&L or revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
