Project Team Coordinator – Integrated WASH, Health & Nutrition

About the role

Action Against Hunger USA is seeking a Project Team Coordinator to lead the ECHO‑funded integrated WASH, Health, and Nutrition project in Mantapala. The role provides strategic direction, ensures high‑quality implementation, and strengthens coordination with government, UN agencies, and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for integrated WASH‑Health‑Nutrition interventions and ensure alignment with ECHO priorities and national policies.
• Lead planning, execution, work‑plan management, budgeting, and procurement while maintaining compliance with ECHO and ACF standards.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams, conduct performance management, mentorship, and uphold safeguarding policies.
• Coordinate with the Ministry of Health, UN agencies, and local partners; represent ACF in coordination platforms and strengthen community engagement.
• Implement a robust MEAL system, oversee data collection, analysis, reporting, and ensure data quality for adaptive programming.
• Oversee technical integration of WASH, health, and nutrition components, including IPC, water systems, sanitation, and hygiene promotion.
• Manage budget oversight, financial compliance, forecasting, and coordination with finance and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading integrated WASH, health, and nutrition projects in humanitarian settings.
• Strong knowledge of ECHO funding requirements and national policies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Experience coordinating with ministries, UN agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Ability to implement and oversee MEAL systems and ensure data‑driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and procurement processes.
