Recruitment Supervisor – Manufacturing Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead our talent acquisition efforts for manufacturing positions. You will shape the hiring strategy, ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates, and support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for entry‑level to senior manufacturing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, set timelines, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre‑onboarding.
• Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for critical manufacturing positions.
• Optimize recruitment workflows to reduce time‑to‑fill and enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience or familiarity with recruitment in the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple hiring projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
