Sales Engineer – Chinese Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is fluent in Chinese to join our team in Chingola, Zambia. In this role you will combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify new customers, build lasting relationships and drive sales of our mining and construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Recommend suitable products, systems and technical solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into internal improvements.

Required profile

• Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mining or related).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Analytical, solution‑driven mindset with proven stakeholder management.
• Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of pricing, margins and contract structures.

Required skills

• Interpreting technical drawings, specifications and standards.
