Senior Buyer – MRO Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Twyford International is looking for a proactive Senior Buyer to join its Procurement Team as an MRO Sourcing Specialist. The role focuses on sourcing and managing maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) spare parts to ensure uninterrupted production in a leading ceramic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Secure timely delivery of all procured MRO materials and services in line with operational needs.
• Monitor supplier quality, drive corrective actions, and improve delivery efficiency.
• Develop, assess, and manage supplier resources based on cost, quality, delivery performance, and reliability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and finance departments to align procurement activities with business requirements.
• Track purchase orders, resolve delays, shortages, or discrepancies proactively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, especially in MRO sourcing and supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement, preferably with MRO (spare parts) sourcing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external suppliers.
• High level of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
