About the role

The Senior HR Manager will provide strategic HR leadership across multiple hotel groups in Zambia, overseeing a workforce of over 1,500 employees. This senior‑level position drives organisational transformation, ensures compliance across sites, and builds robust HR systems to support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategy for several hotel brands.
• Lead change‑management and cultural‑transformation initiatives.
• Oversee multi‑site HR operations, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
• Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and employee engagement at scale.
• Design, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex HR matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (post‑graduate preferred).
• 8–10 years of senior HR management experience, including multi‑site operations.
• Proven expertise in change management and organisational transformation.
• Experience managing large workforces (1,500+ employees).
• Strong personality, resilience and maturity to handle complex HR challenges.
• Hospitality or manufacturing sector experience is a plus.
