Store Executive – Inventory & Repair Management

About the role

The Store Executive will drive the performance of the Sun King retail outlet by managing inventory, overseeing spare‑parts repairs, and delivering excellent customer service. You will ensure that stock levels, sales targets, and store presentation meet the company’s quality and quantity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive stock, maintain inventory records, and issue items following FIFO principles.
• Dispatch stock as required and keep Goods Received/Issued logs up to date online.
• Perform daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and manage faulty stock for disposal.
• Oversee spare‑parts inventory, reorder supplies, and generate daily on‑hand stock reports.
• Handle basic repairs on in‑warranty returns, verify warranty eligibility, and maintain a tidy repair workbench.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, provide assistance, and coordinate with Energy Officers and the Call Center to resolve queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a service centre or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• High integrity, proactive mindset, and ability to work flexibly within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
