Store Manager – Retail Store

About the role

LC Waikiki is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Kitwe location. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team while implementing LC Waikiki standards.
• Drive sales, productivity per square metre, and bottom‑line profit targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store layout.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and improve conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a similar managerial position.
• Strong financial awareness and commercial mindset.
• Willingness to relocate if business needs require.
