Studio Operations Manager – Luxury Spa

About the role

Glaze Beauty Studio, a luxury beauty and wellness brand in Lusaka, is seeking a full‑time Studio Operations Manager to lead daily studio activities, develop the team and drive a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations and ensure efficiency.
• Lead, coach and manage the studio team.
• Maintain exceptional client service and studio standards.
• Monitor bookings, scheduling and overall daily workflow.
• Drive team accountability and performance.
• Support revenue growth through retail sales, re‑bookings and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate marketing execution, including content capture and promotions.
• Manage stock levels, supplier orders and operational resources.
• Prepare weekly operational and performance reports for leadership.
• Continuously improve systems and processes across the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a beauty studio, spa, hospitality or customer‑service business.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets and digital reporting tools.
• Commercially minded with a focus on revenue and operational goals.
• Beauty‑industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
