Technical Support Engineer

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end technical services for Hytera communication devices. This role combines field installation, customer training, and ongoing support to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and provide on‑site training for Hytera devices.
• Conduct site surveys, address customer complaints, and fulfil client requests.
• Manage project progress, audit gaps, and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support to customers.
• Develop technical competence in the telecom domain.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support delivery capabilities.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the project manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Telecom background with experience in controller, network commissioning, operation and maintenance.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills across multiple teams.
• Excellent oral and written English communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, handle conflicting requests, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
