Territory Manager – Central Africa (Rock Processing)

About the role

Sandvik Rock Processing is seeking a Territory Manager for Central Africa to lead the growth of its rock processing business across the region. Reporting to the Sales Area Vice President, you will be responsible for building long‑term relationships with key customers, driving revenue, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess market potential in Central Africa, identify under‑developed opportunities and develop strategic plans for revenue growth.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with customer organisations, providing timely responses to queries.
• Develop and execute sales programs based on the product portfolio and customer segmentation.
• Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services.
• Prospect, develop and expand new business opportunities and improve market penetration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Customer Support Centre and product support, to ensure successful project execution and customer retention.
• Lead the sales team in building a pipeline, using CRM, Business Insights and data‑analytics tools to monitor market trends.
