Tyre Fitters – 2 Positions in Kalumbila

About the role

Automotive Equipment Limited is expanding its operations to Kalumbila and is looking for two experienced Tyre Fitters. You will join a growing team dedicated to delivering high‑quality tyre services for both heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Fit, remove, repair, and replace tyres on heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles.
• Perform wheel balancing, tyre rotations, and puncture repairs.
• Inspect tyres and rims for wear, damage, and safety compliance.
• Maintain correct tyre pressures and wheel torque specifications.
• Operate tyre fitting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Observe all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused service at all times.

Required profile

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Minimum three (3) years of proven tyre‑fitting experience for both heavy‑duty and light‑duty vehicles.
• Trade Test Certificate or qualification in Tyre Fitting, Automotive Mechanics, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to relocate to Kalumbila.
