Volunteer Project Coordinator – Food 4 Education

About the role

Food Systems Alliance Zambia is seeking a motivated Volunteer Project Coordinator to support the Food 4 Education project at Fordina Pandeli Secondary School. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about agriculture, food systems, education and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of a school garden and encourage pupil participation.
• Support food systems education, campaigns and related events.
• Engage with stakeholders, attend meetings and facilitate communication.
• Collect project data, maintain documentation and help with reporting.
• Coordinate additional project activities as needed.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional.
• Currently residing in Mansa and able to stay for the project period (Sept 2026 – Mar 2027).
• Interest or experience in project coordination, agriculture, food systems or stakeholder engagement.
• Organised, proactive and reliable.
