Warehouse Shift Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Leader to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. You will supervise inventory handling, maintain high safety standards, and drive productivity while supporting our commitment to quality and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce company and legal stacking regulations and site housekeeping standards.
• Implement AB InBev safety protocols, PPE usage, VPO/DPO procedures, and 5S standards.
• Monitor and cascade global policies, SOPs, KPIs, and PIs to the warehouse team.
• Lead problem‑solving initiatives using tools such as 5 Why, PDCA, RACI, and abnormality reports.
• Maintain warehouse layout zones (empties, refusal, order picking, finished goods) and ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO for sales, LIFO for inter‑depot transfers).
• Oversee loading/unloading processes, verify quantities, sign delivery documents, and prevent blocked stock from being shipped.
• Track compliance with safety, quality, and productivity metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and enforce standards.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Required skills

• 5S methodology
• FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory principles
• PDCA (Plan‑Do‑Check‑Act) cycle
• Problem‑solving tools: 5 Why, RACI, abnormality reporting
• KPI and performance indicator tracking
