About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a fast‑paced retail location. The role focuses on driving profitability, delivering superior customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, control and organise daily store operations to achieve sales targets.
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, coaching and development.
• Oversee administration, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Control stock levels, ordering and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards and visual appeal.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with company policies.
• Promote customer‑centric culture and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with service department to enhance service quality.
• Drive teamwork, self‑management and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in retail.
• Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and execution focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal, administrative and people‑management skills.
• Planning, organising, judgment and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset, integrity and resilience.
