About the role
Alpha Inc. is seeking a motivated Commission Sales Associate to join our on‑site team in Ndola. In this full‑time position you will directly engage customers, showcase product features and guide purchasing decisions while driving revenue through new client acquisition and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with customers, explain product features, answer queries and provide tailored recommendations.
- Prospect for new clients, follow up on leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms within company guidelines and process transactions accurately.
- Track personal sales targets, maintain up‑to‑date customer records and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve overall revenue goals.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work to sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or peak periods as needed.
- Minimum high school certificate; additional business or marketing education is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Experience using CRM systems for record‑keeping and sales tracking.
