Contributions and Purchases Officer

About the role

The Contributions and Purchases Officer will support fund administration operations by accurately processing pension contributions and Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) purchases, maintaining member and investor records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures, service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Load pension contributions within agreed service level agreements and reconcile them monthly with the Finance Department.
• Prepare monthly contribution, revenue and CIS reports and verify annual bonus interest uploads.
• Assist in the annual circulation of benefit statements and support the Customer Relations Unit with contribution‑related queries.
• Follow up contribution arrears, promote digital transformation initiatives and maintain relationships with employer representatives.
• Process member registrations, updates and resolve contribution discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper filing of contribution schedules and supporting documentation for audit and compliance.
• Onboard new investors, distribute monthly statements and ensure all purchases comply with the PIF prospectus.
• Conduct regular reconciliations with Wealth Solutions and Finance departments and complete daily transaction processing accurately.

Required profile

• Suitable qualifications and experience in fund administration, contributions processing and investment transactions.
