Customer Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to join Ericsson and take full ownership of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications, ensuring delivery excellence that meets both Ericsson’s standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Align contracts and delivery through structured hand‑over with pre‑sales CFR.
• Define and manage the project plan baseline, securing resources, monitoring activities, and handling changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders throughout execution.
• Drive financial performance to achieve target unadjusted margin.
• Deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline while complying with legal, ethical, and environmental standards.
• Manage third‑party and partner contracts in line with Ericsson quality and compliance guidelines.
• Ensure data accuracy for timely reporting and adherence to project management and OHS processes.
• Contribute to business development through contract preparation and pre‑sales engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network implementation projects, including at least 2 years in a project‑management role.
• PMP certification.
• Domain experience in radio network architecture or integration.
• Strong ownership, accountability and results‑driven mindset.
