Field Optimization Engineer – Energy Efficiency

About the role

As a Field Optimization Engineer you will combine technology, sustainability and business development to drive energy efficiency and industrial system optimisation for our clients. You will identify improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions and deliver measurable savings, productivity gains and environmental benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers, prospect new markets and open new business opportunities.
• Identify optimisation opportunities in compressed air systems and meet agreed targets.
• Conduct energy audits, performance analyses and present findings to clients.
• Implement solutions such as intelligent compressor automation, control upgrades, distribution network improvements, sensor and process monitoring, and thermal energy recovery.
• Manage the full commercial process from diagnosis through proposal to contract closing.
