Finance Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Finance Associate to support the firm’s financial operations. The role involves managing staff claims, advances, expense reports, and various accounting functions to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process staff claims in Oracle, ensure proper vouching, approval, and monitor aging reports.
• Handle staff advance requests, maintain compliance with advance policy, and follow up on overdue advances.
• Review and approve employee expense reports in Oracle, ensuring complete documentation.
• Update and reconcile daily collections, manage withholding tax certificates, and prepare debtor statements.
• Prepare daily cash position reports, support cash‑flow forecasting, and monitor liquidity.
• Review and code payment requisitions, process approved payments in accordance with firm guidelines.

Required profile

• Associate level professional with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle financial system.
