About the role
NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, ensuring inclusive participation and gender‑responsive implementation.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations into all programme activities.
- Develop gender‑responsive monitoring frameworks and sex‑disaggregated indicators.
- Provide training and communication support on gender‑responsive approaches.
- Ensure equitable access to opportunities generated by Africa‑EU space cooperation.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion or inclusive development in international cooperation.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
- Familiarity with EU external‑action gender policy and experience in African contexts.
