About the role

Join Splash as an Impact & MLE Manager based in Lusaka, Zambia. Reporting to the Regional Director, Impact & MLE, you will support Splash’s mission to deliver clean water, clean toilets and dignified menstrual health resources to children in urban schools through comprehensive WASH‑M services.

Key responsibilities

Support the implementation of Project WISE and other WASH‑M initiatives in Zambia.
Collaborate with local stakeholders responsible for education, health and water management.
Help negotiate financial commitments that enable transition of operations and maintenance to local leadership.
