Influence Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Influence Manager to lead influencer partnerships and campaigns in Lusaka, Zambia. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying creators, negotiating deals, and delivering measurable results for our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage local influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and Facebook.
• Negotiate partnership terms, coordinate agreements and manage ongoing collaborations.
• Design and launch influencer campaigns aimed at brand awareness and user acquisition (registrations, FTDs).
• Maintain a strong network of local influencers and long‑term partnerships.
• Oversee a portfolio of 3–5 influencer partnerships, ensuring content quality and publishing schedules.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using metrics such as Reach, ER, CPA, FTD, ROI and CAC.
• Monitor competitors, spot trends and new opportunities in the Zambian influencer market.
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously optimise acquisition costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Zambian social media landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented.
