Information Technology Manager

About the role

As an Information Technology Manager you will lead a dynamic IT team, driving innovation and delivering robust technology solutions that support the hospitality business. Your focus will be on maintaining secure, reliable systems while aligning IT initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee security, integrity and maintenance of all IT systems and ensure robust procedures.
• Collaborate with business partners on readiness, contingency planning, system installations and user acceptance.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, audit system performance and report results to enable strategic decisions.
• Manage negotiations, service and maintenance agreements, licensing and upgrades for all IT assets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Review system performance against policy, recommend efficiency improvements and ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
