About the role
The Manager: People, Culture & Learning is responsible for delivering an integrated people function that strengthens organisational culture, builds workforce capability and enhances the employee experience across the lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, the role translates global people strategies into a local plan, ensures compliance with labour laws and drives operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Translate global people strategies into an in‑country plan aligned with programme priorities and champion a values‑driven, inclusive culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, analyse workforce data and drive targeted interventions to improve experience.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and performance management processes.
- Build manager capability through coaching, training and support, and design learning and development programmes aligned with global frameworks.
- Ensure full compliance with local labour legislation, manage employee relations cases, and maintain HR systems and data integrity.
- Support compensation structures, payroll inputs and benefits administration, and co‑develop a country wellness strategy.
- Act as trusted advisor to project leads and country leadership, partner with line managers to deliver people priorities and manage external service providers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, people strategy implementation and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of local labour laws and ability to work with legal and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
