People Business Partner – Commercial

About the role

The People Business Partner – Commercial supports multiple departments across the region, helping them achieve strategic objectives through tailored HR solutions, relationship building, and specialist advice. You will work closely with line managers to implement HR processes and drive people‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the overall health of talent and people practices within assigned departments.
• Establish, monitor, and coach line managers on HR processes throughout the year.
• Translate business needs into clear organization and people plans that feed the Capability Strategy.
• Diagnose performance issues and collaborate with specialist teams to design integrated HR solutions.
• Provide feedback on HR solution effectiveness and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Monitor organizational performance and supply data for people scorecards.
• Handle local delivery needs such as employee/industrial relations and statutory compliance.
• Participate in HR Operations governance to review service quality and cost.
• Ensure data integrity of SAP HR information at the local level.
• Support recruitment for competency‑based roles and develop coaching tools for line managers.
• Drive HR reporting that delivers business insights and uphold world‑class HR approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting multiple departments and delivering HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, statutory requirements, and HR governance.
• Ability to diagnose business performance problems and propose integrated solutions.
• Experience coaching line managers and fostering competency development.
• Familiarity with SAP HR data management and HR reporting.
