About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead a team in understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and achieving sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships through visits, calls, and emails while ensuring compliance with company policies and KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products to meet sales objectives.
- Develop and nurture client relationships via regular visits, telephone calls, and email communications.
- Support team members, enforce company rules, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and manage company assets responsibly.
- Negotiate terms, close sales deals, and follow up on delivery and pricing information.
- Collect market intelligence, clarify stock availability, and address customer queries.
- Record sales data, monitor inventory levels, and review performance metrics.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
