Senior Sales & Marketing Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Associate to join The 1% Club BHU on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on driving membership growth, designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, and strengthening relationships with prospective and current members of our entrepreneur network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch sales and marketing campaigns to attract new members and retain existing ones.
• Promote society initiatives across digital platforms, including social media and email.
• Conduct outreach to UPSC aspirants, respond to inquiries, and coordinate informational sessions.
• Collaborate with mentors to showcase program benefits and support member onboarding.
• Analyse campaign performance data, optimise strategies, and provide recommendations for new services.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably 10+ years.
• Experience organising orientation sessions, webinars or similar training events.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in civil‑service preparation or public‑service sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Use of digital tools such as CRM systems, social‑media platforms and office productivity software.
