Site Supervisor – Oil & Gas Projects (Zambia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction and site activities on oil and gas projects in Zambia. The successful candidate will ensure that all works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction and site operations.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, technicians and site workers.
• Verify that work follows drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
• Monitor progress of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Enforce strict HSE and oil & gas safety compliance.
• Liaise with project engineers, clients and other stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve site‑related issues and delays.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably on Oil Marketing Company (OMC) projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction activities, site coordination and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage contractors independently.
• Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
