Sales Trainee Internship – 3-Month Business Development Program

About the role
Marctina Consultancy is launching a three-month Sales Trainee Internship designed to give aspiring sales professionals hands-on experience in business development and customer relationship management. Interns will work closely with the sales team to identify prospects, initiate contact, and support the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce products/services and qualify leads.
- Research and identify key decision makers within target accounts using research tools.
- Accurately input, update, and manage prospect and client data in the CRM system.
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Track and report daily outreach activities and lead-generation results.
Required profile
- Clear and confident communication skills (telephone, email, or face-to-face).
- Driven, motivated attitude with resilience in the face of challenges.
- Strong problem-solving ability and curiosity.
- Excellent research, organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn sales processes.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (specific tools not required).
