About the role
The Central & North CRM Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth across the assigned region by visiting customers, managing retail outlets, and executing promotional activities. This role requires frequent travel, strong execution skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers to secure orders and achieve sales targets.
- Attend retail outlets to address terminal demands and resolve after‑sales issues.
- Conduct market visits to gather competitor intelligence.
- Implement company promotional activities on the ground.
- Perform vehicle‑based sales to acquire new terminal customers.
- Collect payments from customers and complete account reconciliation.
Required profile
- College degree or higher, preferably in marketing or business.
- Passionate about sales with strong execution capability.
- Willingness to undertake long‑term business trips.
- Prior experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, team‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
