About the role
We are looking for a diligent Accounts Clerk to join our finance team in Ndola. This full‑time hybrid position involves handling daily financial operations and supporting the broader accounting function.
Key responsibilities
- Manage credit control activities and monitor customer payments.
- Maintain and reconcile petty cash records.
- Assist with routine finance processes, including invoice processing and ledger updates.
- Support month‑end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data flow.
Required profile
- Proficiency in credit control and petty cash management.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Strong communication skills for internal coordination.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required skills
- SAGE financial software (experience preferred).
