About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) / Head of Sales to drive revenue growth for our smartphone financing business across African markets. The role combines strategic partnership development, sales leadership, and operational oversight to expand our footprint and improve portfolio performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across multiple African markets.
- Build and manage partnerships with telecom operators, OEMs, distributors, fintech firms, and financial institutions.
- Scale B2B and B2C sales channels to increase customer acquisition and portfolio size.
- Lead customer experience, retention, and collections functions.
- Recruit, develop, and lead high‑performing commercial teams and establish scalable processes.
- Drive market expansion, profitability, and overall portfolio performance.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in sales, revenue, business development or commercial leadership.
- Proven track record in fintech, telecom, digital lending, consumer finance or device financing.
- Strong experience in B2B partnerships, distribution network expansion and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, operations and collections.
- Experience in African markets is highly preferred.
