Export Sales Manager – FMCG (Mozambique focus)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive our FMCG business across the Mozambique market. You will manage existing client relationships, develop new accounts, and ensure seamless end‑to‑end order fulfillment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients, monitor sales progress and prompt timely replenishment orders.
- Identify and develop new clients, arrange factory visits in Tanzania or Zambia, and convert prospects into orders.
- Support clients in expanding their local business, increasing brand market share and overall sales.
- Track market trends, conduct research, produce regular market reports and adapt regional strategies.
- Provide full‑process support from order placement through transportation, customs clearance and final delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of the FMCG market in Mozambique.
- Familiarity with product import regulations in Mozambique.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and new client acquisition.
