About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Health & Safety Supervisor to lead our occupational health and safety management systems. The role ensures regulatory compliance, mitigates workplace hazards, and promotes a safety culture across construction and operational phases.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the occupational health and safety management system (SMS) to meet local laws and regulations.
• Lead safety protocols, risk assessments, and compliance audits during construction/commissioning and post‑production operations.
• Conduct routine site inspections, identify hazards, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, produce reports, and implement corrective action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience, preferably covering both engineering construction and production operations.
• Certified Safety Engineer credential or equivalent international safety certification (strong plus).
• In‑depth knowledge of national and local safety production laws, environmental regulations and occupational health standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination and crisis‑management abilities with a rigorous, responsible work attitude.
