Multiskilled Operator – Aggregate Crusher

About the role

First Quantum is seeking a Multiskilled Operator to support aggregate crusher operations. The role involves managing stockpiles, feeding crusher plants, and loading trucks while maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑start and post‑inspection of excavators and loaders.
• Maintain machine housekeeping and report any mechanical defects immediately.
• Perform water‑drainage tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• Report unsafe or sub‑standard conditions and follow all safety procedures.
• Execute work instructions safely and efficiently, including feeding the aggregate crusher and loading trucks.
• Carry out any additional tasks delegated by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mining or heavy earth‑work machinery operation.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work any shift and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self‑driven, accountable and able to listen actively.
