PPM Analyst – Supply Budget Planning

About the role

The PPM Analyst will own the full planning, reporting and control cycle of supply budgets for the plant, covering VIC, FIC, ZBB, CAPEX, people costs and internal controls. You will work closely with the Zone Supply PPM team to ensure accurate, timely budgets and forecasts that support operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process, reviewing all budget calculations for OPCs/BOMs and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Drive the ZBB (Zero‑Based Budgeting) process, embedding champion initiatives while avoiding double counting.
• Support CAPEX budgeting and lead headcount and pay‑cost planning for the plant.
• Prepare management review presentations and upload final budgets into COGNOS, SCFD, SAP, TM1 and SYSPRO.
• Produce monthly forecasts (LE), identify risks, root causes and corrective actions.
• Validate plant P&L, headcount, pay‑cost reporting and ensure accurate month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Monitor coherence between budget, CAPEX, fixed assets, inventory reporting and ZBB performance.
• Track operational efficiency metrics for maltings operations and lead improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in supply‑chain or manufacturing budgeting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to communicate financial data clearly to senior stakeholders.
