About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage day‑to‑day procurement activities, support bid management, evaluate proposals and administer contracts for the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute daily procurement actions, including sourcing and purchasing.
  • Support bid management processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
