About the role
The Procurement Specialist will manage day‑to‑day procurement activities, support bid management, evaluate proposals and administer contracts for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily procurement actions, including sourcing and purchasing.
- Support bid management processes and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credential.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
