About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage day‑to‑day procurement activities, support bid management processes, evaluate proposals, and administer contracts. This role is based in Lusaka and requires close collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute daily procurement actions to meet organizational needs.
  • Support bid management, including preparation and evaluation of proposals.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic credential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
