Store & Brand Manager – Retail & Social Media

About the role

Etre-Moi Shapewear Solutions is seeking a confident, organized Store & Brand Manager to run its premium shapewear shop and boost the brand’s online presence. You will combine daily store operations with creative content production to deliver an exceptional customer experience both in‑store and across social media.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all store activities, supervise assistants, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage inventory, stock taking, and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Provide high‑quality customer service in‑store and via WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in the creation of social‑media content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Represent the brand on‑camera for marketing videos and posts.
• Keep the store environment premium, clean, and well‑presented.
• Support initiatives that drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

• Diploma in Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in store management or a similar retail/customer‑facing role.
• Experience creating content and managing social‑media accounts.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and responsible.
• Professional, presentable appearance and confidence on camera.
• Basic understanding of stock management, sales tracking and reporting.
• Passion for fashion, shapewear, beauty or lifestyle branding is a plus.
