Superintendent Management Accountant

About the role

First Quantum is seeking a Superintendent Management Accountant to enhance management reporting and drive efficiency across the organisation. You will work closely with the business improvement team, cost accountants and various departments to streamline reporting procedures and provide accurate financial data for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Microsoft Power BI for business management reporting.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements and customise Power BI solutions.
• Train and support teams on effective use of Power BI tools.
• Integrate cost data from cost accountants into Power BI reporting and ensure accurate cost presentation.
• Partner with the business improvement team to identify and implement efficiency opportunities.
• Ensure all reporting complies with accounting standards and company policies.
