About the role
The Administrative Supervisor ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of daily office operations. This role coordinates administrative services, manages office resources, and supports staff to maintain a professional and compliant workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily administrative activities and office support staff.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and visitor management.
- Maintain office records, files, reports, and documentation in an audit‑ready state.
- Oversee inventory control of supplies and manage procurement requests.
- Monitor office cleanliness, workspace organization, and maintenance issues.
- Support attendance tracking, overtime verification, and payroll assistance.
- Facilitate inter‑departmental communication and operational alignment.
- Assist onboarding of new employees, including workspace preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative standards.
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and operational updates for management.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administration, office coordination, or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
