Call Centre Agent – Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Centre Agent to join our fast‑paced team. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as social media inquiries, delivering high‑quality service on behalf of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and Facebook.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments for shipments to the UK and South Africa when required.
• Record complaints, follow up on resolutions, and keep detailed interaction logs.
• Prepare and send monthly reports to senior management and finance teams.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Public Relations or a related business field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre or customer support role.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to handle diverse personalities.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work under pressure, multitask and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Data entry and typing proficiency.
• Social media platform management (WhatsApp, Facebook).
• Customer database management.
• Payment processing for international shipments.
