Clinical Psychologist – Telehealth (Remote)

About the role

Join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Clinical Psychologist to support clients’ mental health and personal growth through scheduled video sessions. This freelance remote position offers flexible business hours and the chance to supplement existing practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching sessions (30 minutes each) for Intellect’s clients.
• Focus on sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, work‑life balance, and relationship goals.
• Assist clients in setting personal, career, or relationship objectives.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification OR a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling.
• ICF coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours; counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post‑graduation.
• Proficiency in English and a local language.
• Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
