About the role
The Contract Administrator will support the procurement team by managing day‑to‑day contract activities, assisting with bid preparation, evaluation, and ensuring proper contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Execute daily procurement actions and maintain accurate contract records.
- Assist bid management processes, including preparation of documentation and evaluation of proposals.
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Procurement, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or contract administration.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Lusaka, Zambia.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
