Deposit Mobilization Manager

About the role

The Deposit Mobilization Manager will lead the growth of savings and term‑deposit products across our network, aligning new delivery channels with operational improvements and market opportunities. This role is central to expanding our financial outreach and supporting vulnerable communities through sustainable financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and align savings and term‑deposit growth with the introduction of new alternative channels.
• Work closely with operations to improve delivery channels and launch new ones.
• Identify strategic opportunities to increase institutional outreach in savings through process efficiencies, product design enhancements, and new marketing channels.
• Develop, enhance, and update the savings policy manual to reflect business strategy.
• Design and implement performance‑management frameworks and branch KPIs for savings and term‑deposit products.
• Review and streamline savings methodologies, automate procedures, and adjust strategies to market demands.
• Determine staffing and training needs in collaboration with other business units.
• Develop market‑growth and outreach strategies for diverse customer segments, prepare annual budgets, and ensure cross‑selling across the institution.
